Mr. Sanjay Changdeorao Holkar is a respected agriculturist and industrialist with vast experience in agro-based industries. A Commerce Graduate, he is known for his leadership, entrepreneurial vision, and strong commitment to agricultural and industrial development. KGS Sugar & Infra Corporation Ltd., now acquired by Grainotch Industries Ltd., continues to grow under his strategic guidance and industry expertise.
He has received several prestigious recognitions, including the Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Award (1990-91) from Hon. Shri Balram Jakhar and the Outstanding Grape Export Achievement Award (2003) from RBI Governor Mr. Bimal Jalan. His organization also received the Vasantrao Naik Agricultural Export Award (2006-07) presented by Hon. Agriculture Minister Shri Sharad Pawar.
Mr. Holkar is associated with reputed organizations such as the National Horticulture Research and Development Foundation (NHRDF), Maratha Vidya Prasarak Mandal, Nashik, Nashik Industries & Manufacturers Association (NIMA), and the Ethanol Manufacturers Association of India.
In 1999, he established Aditya Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. (APCL), an ethanol manufacturing unit producing ethanol from molasses. He is also the proprietor of Aditya Impex and Director of Yashoda Agro Mercantile & Processing Company Pvt. Ltd. and Atria Construction, Pune.

Mr. Aditya Holkar
Aditya Holkar is a dynamic second-generation industrial leader, currently serving as the Managing Director of KGS Sugar & Infra Corporation in Nashik and AVP – Operations at Grainotch Industries, a fast-growing player in India’s grain-based ethanol and distillery sector. Known for his strategic vision and operational discipline, Aditya plays a key role in transforming legacy manufacturing businesses into modern, technology-driven and globally competitive enterprises.
Aditya completed his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University (USA), followed by a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, where he specialized in process optimization, lean manufacturing, supply chain design, and operational analytics. His academic foundation in advanced engineering principles and data-driven decision-making strongly influences his management approach today.
At KGS Sugar, Aditya is leading the revival, restructuring, and modernization of a sugar factory that had been non-operational for several years. Under his stewardship, the company is being repositioned with a focus on sustainable operations, improved agricultural engagement, enhanced efficiencies, and forward.
